SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

You can check the current status of your order in your account. Just log in and look under the column “Order status”. The date shows you whether you’re looking at the right order, in case you have more than one open.

Orders are sent to our logistics department as soon as we receive them. They race to get your package ready for shipment as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it is impossible to delay the ordering process. We recommend that you contact our customer service department directly, quoting your order number.

Our internal processes are designed to ensure that your order is dispatched as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, for this reason, we cannot make any changes to your order once we have received it. We recommend that you contact our customer service department directly, quoting your order number.

You can easily return your Fight-District order for any reason within 30 days. After 30 days, a return is unfortunately no longer possible. Be careful not to remove labels or soil items. Then simply follow the steps below to return your order:

  1. Replace the items in their original packaging in the parcel and close the package securely.
  2. Stick on a new label and mention this address:

    The delivery label affixed to the package on arrival must no longer be present. Ideally, cover it with the new return label.
  3. Take your parcel to the nearest collection point. Please note that delivery charges may apply.

Yes. If you order from Switzerland, shipping costs CHF 7.00 (standard rate), including VAT. Delivery time varies between 24 and 48 hours on working days.

For international shipments, the shipping price depends on the geographical zone:

– EU and UK: CHF 12.00

– US and Canada: CHF 17.00

Log in to your account at store.fight-district.com and check the status of your order. If you’ve already done so, check the email address you used to create your account at store.fight-district.com. We’ll inform you of any shipping delays by e-mail.

We deliver throughout Switzerland, the European Union, the USA and Canada.

There are no customs charges for deliveries within Switzerland. For international shipments, customs charges may apply. We are aware that this is not optimal for you, and we are currently working on a solution to avoid this kind of charge for overseas deliveries.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY

Yes, we treat your data and information with the utmost care and protect it from unauthorized access. Your bank details are processed directly by the secure payment system according to the payment method selected and encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. We do not store any card numbers and have no knowledge of this information. You can find more detailed information in our privacy policy.

You can pay with TWINT, Stripe and credit card (Visa & Mastercard).

You can pay in just a few seconds with your smartphone via the QR code. Open the TWINT app and point the camera at the QR code displayed in the online store. Or enter the short code in the TWINT app, which is displayed in the online store or in the app.

GENERAL

Just go to our website store.fight-district.com and click on Account in the navigation menu. Now you can quickly and easily create an account or connect to an existing one. If you create a new account, be sure to confirm it. To do this, go to the mailbox of the e-mail address you used to create the account. You should have received a confirmation e-mail from us shortly after creating your account. Open it and confirm your new account. This completes the process.

You have access to a faster ordering process and don’t always have to re-enter your data. You can also view old and new orders and monitor the status of your current orders.

Don’t worry about it. Just click on Account in the navigation menu and click on “Forgot password” below the login. You will then receive an e-mail with which you can choose a new password.

You can see it by clicking on Account in the navigation menu and logging in. You can now see all your past orders.
